Adelynn has been attending WOW since she was 12 weeks old and Maya followed. I have been on the board since 2017 and am excited for what the future holds for WOW

Chair of the Fundraising committee Hello, my name is Sarah Miyagawa and I have been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2020, and an active parent in the WOW program since 2017. My son, Kei (6), and I live in Marysville and love seeing our community grow and flourish. I am a Director of Strategy and Insights for WD Partners, an architecture and design agency in Dublin. In our free time, Kei and I enjoy visiting the many beautiful parks of Marysville.

Member of the Fundraising Committee I am Elise and our daughter Harper (PreK1) and son Hudson (Toddler 1) both have attended WOW from infancy. We have loved being a part of this program and watching it grow. I recently joined the board as part of the parent committee so I can be more involved! I work full time in Talent Acquisition with Cardinal Health and love what I do! My husband and I moved to Marysville about 5 years ago as he works as an Engineer with Honda.

Chair of the ad hoc Building Committee I joined the board in October of 2008, my son is now 17 and a senior at ECHS (he started at WOW when he was 11 week). My day job is in retail store design and construction, which is why I have continued to be on the board as our physical building situation has been so precarious for so long. I have spearheaded various iterations of the building committee throughout the years, finally concluding with the build-out of our forever home.

Member of the Fundraising Committee Hello, my name is Rene Deniston, I have been on the World of Wonders Board of Trustees for almost 10 years. I joined the board when my daughter first started at WoW, I wanted to make a difference in the community. I have continued to stay on board even as my kids outgrew WoW to keep making an impact on what I believe is the most important foundation for our young ones, having access to a great early childhood education.

Member of the Fundraising Committee I’ve lived in Marysville for three years, and my child, Ardyn, has been part of the WOW community since we arrived. I’m excited to join the Board’s Fundraising Committee and support the program that’s meant so much to our family. I spent 19 years as an Executive Pastry Chef and now work in Organizational Development–HR at Honda. Ardyn and I love going on adventures together—often with his red wagon in tow!

Member of the Finance Committee Hello! I’m Paige Laub. I’m a mother, wife and engineer. Our family has been with WoW since June 2022. We love that WoW provides an environment for our kids to grow and learn. Being on the board allows me to use my strengths to help better WoW. In my spare time I love to listen to audiobooks and binge watch a good TV series.

Member of the Board Development Committee. Hi! My name is Rebecca and I have lived in Marysville with my husband since 2011 when I moved here for a job with Scotts. My (teenage!) son attended WOW for over a decade and now we have a new baby (Mark) in the Toddler room. I've been on the board since 2016 and have really enjoyed watching our program grow! We enjoy camping, hiking and all things outdoors.
